Your Role Could Involve:

  • Helping customers via phone, email, or chat with product questions, troubleshooting, or general support

  • Moderating content across video, text, or product listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines

  • Supporting sales teams and advertisers via chat on advanced digital advertising platforms

  • Escalating complex issues and ensuring excellent service quality

  • Representing global brands in a professional and culturally aware manner

Job requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Fluent/native Italian (C1–C2) and good English (B2 minimum)

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

  • Based in Portugal or open to relocating (relocation support provided)

  • Experience in customer care, moderation, or B2B support is a plus — but motivated first-timers are welcome too

  • Tech-savviness, attention to detail, and a cool head under pressure
